Current Shipping Times (Estimate)
Due to high demand, orders are currently taking around 1-2 business days to be prepped and posted.
When will I get my order?
UK Buyers will receive first class postage ensuring straps are delivered within 2 working days of postage.
International Orders will be sent with Royal Mail International postage which should ensure straps are with you in under 2 weeks. (Usually sooner but covid can cause some delays). For parts of USA its not uncommon for the lead time to exceed this.
Please note that estimated shipping times only begin once the order has been dispatched.

Do you ship to my country? How long will take my order to arrive?
We ship worldwide! It can vary from country to country, but right now orders are taking 2-4 weeks to arrive (on average).
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes we do! If you order any straps and aren't happy with them upon arrival or they don't fit your watch please contact us and we will organise a full refund upon return of the product.
What are your watch straps made from?
We use a variety of different materials to create our straps, so we recommend you check the details section on each individual product page.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure every package is shipped as soon as possible. Sometimes we'll begin processing your order in just minutes, and so we cannot always guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, please get in touch ASAP if you wish to cancel.
If I order more than one item, will it all arrive together?
Yes, all items are shipped together from our home in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
Every country is different, so we recommend you contact your local post office for more clarification on this matter. Please note that we are not responisble for any customs charges or fees, and this is the customers responsibility.
